4th episode of reactasie : the project has been created between artists of the ajcf (association of chinese-french youth) and a team of researchers at the cnrs, leaded by simeng wang.

At the core of this project is the wish to turn sociological data into short artistic films, in order to fight against asian discrimination.

The voice-over of my sequence is about how administration can be a substantial obstacle for asian immigrants/foreigners in their path to integration,

how they have to overcompensate in several ways in order to fit in, and how the burden of navigating the paperwork can fall upon the child of the family.
